Owners

Johnny Welker -- Owner

Johnny has always loved working with his hands and helping people in need. It’s only natural that Johnny became the fearless leader of JW Auto Care. He is a kind and honest person who works hard to provide and care for others. The skills he brings to the table are empathy and clear communication about the task at hand. If you are looking for an auto shop that is loyal to its customers, honest, and committed to high standards, you’ll be glad you chose Johnny Welker and his team.

Patrick F. -- Technician

Patrick has been a member of our team for many years, and we can always count on this talented tech to provide quality craftsmanship every time. There is no problem he cannot tackle in regards to suspension issues, wheel alignment, engine repair, brake service, and automotive air conditioning systems. He is detail oriented, thorough, and is somewhat of a Renaissance man. When Patrick isn’t turning wrenches, he’s attending church with his sister, or being out in nature doing some scuba diving, tending to his garden, or playing golf.

Ramon V. -- Technician

Ramon has been servicing and repairing vehicles since 1999, and he loves his career. He’s that guy who’s always waking up, happy to go to work! He is great at repairing everything, but he’s a superstar at vehicle inspections, brake repair, and wheel alignments. It’s all about precision, and Ramon has a gift when it comes to paying attention to the details. When he’s not at work, he enjoys riding horses, spending time with family, and cooking up some delicious meals.

Travis V. -- Technician

Travis is our whiz-kid who’s awesome at finding the solutions to automotive problems. This ASE Master-Certified technician knows his stuff, and he happily researches and analyzes codes to troubleshoot what’s going on with your car. Driveability and electrical issues are not for the faint of heart, so we’re glad to have Travis as our go-to-guy for automotive problem-solving. When Travis isn’t servicing and repairing automobiles, you can find him riding his motorcycle or dirt bike.

Jeff W. -- Advisor

By day, Jeff Warner is an amazing Service Advisor who is glad to provide our customers with excellent service. But by night, Jeff is a multi-talented guy who could be juggling and riding a unicycle one minute, or working in his vintage t-shirt shop the next. Jeff is the true definition of a dependable, hard-working, and positive guy who makes work fun for everyone around him. We’re not sure where he gets his boundless energy from. It could be the black coffee he drinks, or the pistachios he eats daily, or maybe it’s from watching his kids play sports.

Dave B. -- Part-Time Driver

With 50 years of his life dedicated to the automotive industry, Dave brings a wealth of experience to the team. He is excellent at time management and organizing tasks, which is an incredible asset as our shuttle driver. When Dave is not driving customers around, you might be able to look up in the sky and see him flying his private plane.

Angel A.

Angel joined the industry because of his love for cars and hands-on work. His work ethic, diligence, and knowledge of mechanical components and how to repair them are just some of his many talents. Another hidden talent most people don’t know about Angel is that he’s part of 3% of the population that can speak 4 languages. When Angel is not fixing your vehicles or making the guys in the shop laugh, he’s busy training to be an MMA fighter, spending time with his family, or playing soccer scrimmages with his closest friends.

Bill M.

Bill has been in the industry for over 33+ years. He loves the challenges that this industry brings and enjoys learning new technology as well as educating customers about their vehicles. His kindness radiates throughout the shop and he makes working fun for everyone around him. As he would say he’s full of useless information, but sometimes a amusing random fact brings a little joy to the workday. When he’s not working on your vehicle, he is spending time with his four dogs, his loved ones or smoking meats on a smoker with friends.

Carlos S.

Carlos is a skillful service advisor who joined the industry right after college. His favorite thing about this industry is working with people and sending them down the road safely. He is extremely driven, intelligent and likable. That is probably why our customers love him. When Carlos isnt providing our customers with excellent service you might see him out spending time with his daughter and French bulldog Django or working on his jeep!

Brooke W.

Brooke is a part-time driver/customer service specialist at JW auto care. One of her favorite things about chauffeuring customers around to their destinations is getting to talk to new people and brighten their day. Brooke has 3 jobs and gives her all in everything she does. When she’s not working at the shop, she’s working as an esthetician at a salon in chandler, is a hostess at Barros pizza, all while attending class at MCC doing the pre recs for nursing. When Brooke gets free time, she enjoys hanging out with family and finding new places to eat with friends.

Jordan W.

Jordan is a part-time driver/customer service specialist at JW auto care. He is hard-working and always ready to help someone who needs it. Whether he’s picking you up from work or taking you back home while we’re inspecting your car he enjoys the company he provides to customers. Jordan is a senior in high school this year and not only is he excelling in his classes all while working at the shop but, he is a candidate for many high level academic scholarships. When he’s not working you can find him hanging out with his friends, or playing soccer for the high school.

Ryan M.

Ryan is the upfront service manager at JW auto care. Ryan enjoys the automotive industry because he loves being on the go and every day brings a new challenge for him to conquer. Ryan is a problem solver and has a unique ability to explain complex issues with your car in a clear cut manner. When Ryan isn’t making sure you’re taken care of you can find him on the golf course. He’s a huge Chicago sports fan, loves hanging out with his dog Annie, and if you ask him he will tell you he’s a pretty good cook too.
