“My first experience with JW was out of desperation. My car did something crazy and I was scared and they were near my work. They fit me in the same day. Although they couldn't find the problem, they provided me with information on what it could be (and didn't speak down to me or make me feel stupid to be a woman) and checked my car's fluids and brakes. I went to pick up my car and was not charged at all!
My car did the crazy thing again 3 days later (they warned me it would likely happen again, told me how to temporarily fix it so I could drive, and said that hopefully, the computer would catch it the next time so they could fix the problem). I called today and they fit me in AGAIN same day, did some research of their own about the problem, explained what it is and how much it will cost, and then sat on hold for 30+ minutes with my extended warranty company to get the work covered. My car was fixed SAME DAY.
