JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

I previously wrote a four star review, withholding the fifth star only because the service was not complete. I was told to drive the he car 300 miles, and then bring it back for inspection to see if there was further leakage, after the repairs were made. I did so, and no further leakage was detected. The drip guard was reinstalled as promised. Everything was completed as promised. Im very pleased with service, its like having a new car. Im happy to give five stars to JW Auto Repair!

I have been taking our Mercedes S Class and our Camero to JW f or about 3 years and I must say they are the best! Lets just cut to the nitty-gritty. They are not the cheapest, and if cheap is what you want verses the job done right the first time, then don't waste their time or yours. They are also not horribly priced! They do not force repairs either! We have taken the cars there for warranty work (after market) and JW has the freedom to "find" any thing that needs fixing and they don't come out with a laundry list of items. Now both cars were serviced by the dealers until out of dealer warranty, so outside of ware and tear for the milage and use, we know there is not a lot of neglect prior to JW. If you have to use a shop, JW is great. Lets also talk about their customer service: I am disabled and we don't need both cars on a daily basis so we put a lot on the back burner and I have a problem with speaking and mild cognitive issues, and Jim has gone above and beyond in his way of dealing with me personally and then my husband. We even left our spare key there for months and when we finally had the time and took the Camero back, they still had the key. I would have thrown it away. They are great, trust worthy and do a wonderful job.

Very satisfied with service and customer service is top notch, had intake gasket replaced and work is warranted and they supplied me with a loaner car while work was being done.. A+

These guys are good! Maybe not the cheapest in town but you can trust what they tell you and trust their work.

Service was great, so far, but it’s not yet complete, so I can’t make a full conclusion. It was suggested, and I agreed that I drive the car 200 to 300 miles, and bring it back for inspection of resolution of the multiple fluid leak problems. If everything passes inspection on my return, then the drip guard, which was not reinstalled, would be reinstalled at that time. So the bottom line is “so good so far!”

Stopped by today to get help with some trash melted onto my exhaust underneath the car! Yikes! Jim & Dusan made quick work of clearing it off for me. Thanks guys!! ☺️ You're the best!! I've been in before for various reasons... headlight bulbs., wheel hub assembly, axle troubles. The joy of an aging car! I truly enjoy the entire team at JW Auto & always feel taken care of! Highly recommend!! I hope Kathy heals up quick. I missed seeing her today! 😘
