I finally found my "go to" shop! Kathy and the whole team at JW Auto were extremely helpful, kind and effective. I've had ongoing issues with Firestone and my overheating Jeep (I will never go to Firestone again) and I was anxious about having to continue dealing with it at a new shop. However, JW Auto turned that anxiety into a positive experience and they were able to fix my Jeep and get me back on the road in no time! They even hooked me up with a loaner vehicle, and even a Jeep duck when the job was done. I absolutely recommend this shop, and I'll be driving out of my way to continue taking my Jeep here.

Confirmed diagnostics and then Honest feedback. Told me to go to dealer for major cat converter repair ($) because there is some sort of federal warranty program. Spot on. JW is awesome.
