JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

I LOVE MY CAR! I say that to say that I am VERY particular about who works on her. I needed a clutch and had a horrible experience with Transmission Center in Mesa so I took to the internet and found JW which was near my job and had great reviews. After the clutch replacement something was still off, it didn't feel right and it was shifting weird. Instead of telling me I'm crazy because I had a new clutch or it's not their problem the folks at JW actually listened to me, investigated like crazy and after a bunch of trial and error figured out the issue (which ended up being the new clutch). They warrantied it, got a dealer part and she's back to normal!! I am a PAIN when it comes to my car and these guys didn't sent me packin'. Their INTEGRITY will go a long way because now I will tell everyone! Special thanks to Ryan and JD!

JW Auto care did a great, thorough job on my car. They did a thorough check through my whole car, which I appreciated. Not many mechanics do that these days. They did a great job fixing my car. The car needed some work and they got it done in a reasonable amount of time. They even gave me a ride home and picked me back up when the car was done. My car is older, but I have done my best to take care of it over the years. Thanks to JW Auto Care, my car is now running really smooth again. Better than ever! Glides along really smooth with no noises. My car is 21 years old. I am so glad that I found them. In addition, their shop is really clean and they are very organized. Great to see. That says a lot about a mechanic shop. They even left flowers in my car when I came to pick it up.

This is the best Mechanics Shop I have been to! From the friendly, knowledgeable front desk, to the awesome mechanics providing the work, I couldn't ask for a better experience. I was referred to this shop because another shop tried to tell me that my engine needed to be replaced. After having mixed reviews about it, I took it to JW Auto for a second opinion. The prior shop supposedly tested 7 cylinders on my van, and all 7 were bad! Thankfully the guys at JW Auto did NOT ocate that 7th cylinder! Fortunately, my engine did jot need to be replaved and my van has been back on the road running fine for over a week now. Ryan, and Jim in the front office were not only friendly, they were reliable and honest. They explained things to me in an easy to understand way, and I will definitely be returning in the future. As a bonus, they take Synchrony Finanincing and have great flexible payment options. Overall, GREAT experience.

Great service, communication, and staff

My first experience taking my car to JW Auto Care. It was excellent!!! As soon as you walk in, they greet you and make you feel right at home. Jim and Ryan are the best! Service was excellent and can't beat their pricing for oil change or repair service. I recommend that if you aren't already going there for service you start. You will not be disappointed!! I’m so happy I found JW Auto Care in Scottsdale!! It honestly felt like such a great find. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Kathy was absolutely wonderful. She took her time walking me through everything step by step, explaining what needed to be done in a way that was clear, patient, and easy to understand. I never felt rushed or confused, which meant so much to me. You can really tell this team truly does care. And not just about being efficient (which they definitely are), but about making sure their customers feel comfortable and informed. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’m truly grateful I stumbled upon them and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend this place as your local neighborhood shop!!

I've been coming here for the last few years, and I am always pleased with the service. I love that they send you a digital inspection report straight to your phone for viewing. They're always willing to answer questions, walk you through the procedures/process, but most importantly give you their honesty. Their customer service is impeccable!
