Everyone was so friendly as well as knowledgeable. I was also impressed with their taking time after my service was completed to explain what they did and what other services should be done in the future. They did not try to upsell service.

JW Auto is a well run, clean and friendly shop. Jim kept me updated on the repairs suggested and then on the repairs I agreed to. Jim explained everything and answered all my questions.
