I’m so happy I found JW Auto Care in Scottsdale!! It honestly felt like such a great find. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Kathy was absolutely wonderful. She took her time walking me through everything step by step, explaining what needed to be done in a way that was clear, patient, and easy to understand. I never felt rushed or confused, which meant so much to me. You can really tell this team truly does care. And not just about being efficient (which they definitely are), but about making sure their customers feel comfortable and informed. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’m truly grateful I stumbled upon them and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend this place as your local neighborhood shop!!

I've been coming here for the last few years, and I am always pleased with the service. I love that they send you a digital inspection report straight to your phone for viewing. They're always willing to answer questions, walk you through the procedures/process, but most importantly give you their honesty. Their customer service is impeccable!

I brought my work van to this shop thanks to a friend of mine that said that they were good doing what they do,,,,sure thing they did a great job dealing with my extended warranty and performing a great job on fixing ugly oil leaks on my truck !! I’ll definitely recommend them to other people !!
