I first went to JW Auto Care in late 2025 and honestly should have written this review a lot sooner! I’ve been back several times since for suspension work, an alignment, and other concerns with my truck, and I’ve always had a great experience. Jim at the front has been extremely helpful every time I’m there. I’ve been trying to learn more about my truck, so I tend to ask a million questions, and he always takes the time to explain things to me without making me feel like I’m bothering him. Whether I’m asking about different repair options, brands, or just trying to understand how something works, he takes the time to educate me. If I’ve had a concern about my truck, he’s also been great about letting me stop by and having it looked at, which has eased my mind more than once. They have great mechanics as well, but I especially want to mention JP. When I had my control arms replaced, I asked if they could save the old ones because I wanted to see what was wrong with them. JP took the time to show them to me afterward and explain exactly where they were bad so I could actually see and understand it for myself. I really appreciated that. As a woman, unfortunately there are times when going into an auto shop can feel intimidating or leave you wondering if you’re being taken advantage of. I have never once felt that way at JW Auto Care. I feel comfortable asking questions and genuinely trust the people working on my truck. I talk about JW all the time, and anytime a friend or family member needs a shop, they’re always the first place I recommend!
