Super friendly staff straight from the initial phone call to the wait area. Very communicative! Jim was absolutely a superstar, did amazing in completely repairing my Jeep Patriots AC. Kathy was prompt in getting me in next day, despite being a new customer I feel like I've known these guys for years. Service was fast, but beyond throughout. They also offer complimentary ride service and loaners when needed. I don't think there's enough I could say about the care and passion these guys put into to their work!

JW Auto Care is the best! As a female, its always really frustrating going to a mechanic and feeling like they might be taking advantage of you but I've never felt that at JW.
