Brought my 2022 Jeep Rubi JLU in for a post-purchase inspection. I appreciated Jim's attitude and honesty at the counter. After Jeep was inspected, we received a detail report (which included photos). Thankfully, the only issue reported was an inoperable back windshield wiper. When I need servicing, I will return to JW!

My mother referred me to JW Auto. I was really impressed by how thorough they are with their inspections. I needed major work done on my Infiniti. The cost was at a great price in comparison to the dealership. I still have some work to be done. Kathy setup a game plan to complete the rest of the work. Very trustworthy and best auto care I've experienced since my return to Arizona. Can't wait to use my Kathy cash. I also referred my children to JW Auto.

I'm thankful I found JW. For this first visit I had basic maintenance with an oil change, etc... They went over my auto with a fine tooth comb and gave me a comprehensive report with photos and info so that I can assess maintenance coming up. My car is a 10 year old gem and want to keep her in great shape... I'm sure I'll be able to with this shop and mechanic.
