Kathy, service writer and George, the technician, changed out my water pump and timing belt and I picked up my 2002 Isuzu Trooper and returned loaner car on 1-20-26. The following morning 1-21-26 I noticed some coolant leaks still coming from the area that was my initial reason for taking the car to J.W. AUTOCARE, which by the way I found on the internet. The next morning 1-22-26 I called and explained to Kathy my issue. She said bring my car in now, and let us have George look it over, it was not a huge coolant leak. When I got to J.W., Kathy and George were both waiting. The issue was a misfit upper hose. George fixed the problem and re-pressure checked my cooling system in about 2 minutes. The Takeaway from this is how are you treated after the service takes place! My entire experience with J.W.AUTOCARE was nothing short of perfect. They should be a customer service model for all types of businesses. Art
