I had been searching for an auto shop that would service (oil change) my 96 Jaguar. Noone would touch it, except for JW Auto Care. They ran a diagnostic test and gave me a detailed plan on getting my car close to 100%. I've never received such a detailed report, with pictures. Normally you just have to trust what the mechanic says. Very friendly people that work there. I get my car after their service and to my surprise, a thank you note with Altoid mints. Nice finishing touch. Thank you, I'll be back.
