This is always the best place to go! They are super talented, honest, friendly ((and occasionally funny . Just great hard working folks that take great care of my car. Oh yes, they send you a visual report of what they Checked, what they saw, and what they fixed. Pictures the works. So glad I found JW Auto. No I did not get anything to write this review. Just a citizen who wants to take care of her car and was looking for a good shop. This is a great shop.

Service is good. But pricing for parts and labor are way to high for me. Sorry guys but I have found a garage that does the work for me to fit my needs. For our vehicles.

Ryan was, was thorough explaining the situation on my 99 Toyota. He was kind enough to go over all the details in the statement & explaining further situations existing or future repairs. He was very thoughtful and helped me to understand what was going on. Things are very expensive now and he could empatize with me on that. It's an old vehicle, but I am not affording a $20 thousand or more vehicle at my age. By the way, as I got into my car, a wonderful floral surprise was on the seat. I would suggest if you need repairs or just estimates to check them out.Thjank you for the kind service.
