JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to JW Auto. I have an old Rav4 and it needed a thorough inspection for my peace of mind. Made the appointment and talk about thorough! I left the car overnight and had everything needed, fixed. Nothing bad but it needed some TLC by some trustworthy mechanics. The car is better than before! I was very happy with the work, the customer service, and just the camaraderie of the business. I just don’t know why I didn’t go to them sooner. Thank you JW Auto for your outstanding service. You have a very happy customer! And, thanks for the flowers, it just brightens the day!

This is a really nice group of people. I kind of feel about Auto Repair Shops like I do lawyers but this place is full of the GOOD GUYS. Honest, helpful, and just plain nice. Thank you for helping us.

My vehicle service was completed in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. A complete assessment was provided regarding further vehicle needs in a suggested priority plan with a cost analysis also provided. The employees were pleasantly engaging and organized. A tasty treat from a regular client was offered and coffee/bottled water was available. My search for a local family owned business more than exceeded my expectations. Thank you.
