Let's face it...getting auto repairs is akin to dental work. BUT, the folks at Jim Winter's make the experience far more tolerable. They are courteous, thorough and trustworthy. Keep up the good work!

We are long-time customers of Jim Winter Auto Care. Although it is sometimes difficult due to our location, we have been loyal customers, traveling from north Scottsdale to the area of Thomas and Scottsdale Rd to have our cars serviced. From the management to the techs, the men are efficient, courteous and thorough. We have always been confident in, and pleased with, their attention to details and their desire to satisfy their customers. What else do you need to know??? - this is the friendliest and fairest auto repair shop I have encountered in my 67+ years. Work is completed in timely fashion and is right the first time. Ladies - special surprise on passenger seat just because they know you are special!!! I simply love my JIM WINTER TEAM!

I had been referred to this facility by a friend. I am extremely please the service i have received. I took my vehicle in because it had a oil leak the size of the Exxon Valdez. I had done a little reading on the internet and was hoping that the issue was one of the common complaintes that had been reported for the mini cooper. However, with a leak this size it was anyones guess. When all was said and done I was charged a fair price and received much more than I expected. If your looking at shop rates and repair prices they are right in line with other companies. However, I challenge you to put a price on honesty and integretay. This is something that comes with your service experience at Jim Winter Auto Care. They could have easily told me the problme was much larger than it was. You hear these stories all the time and wonder if you have ever been hit yourself. Not at this facility! The also performed a general check of my vehicle and informed me of a few things i needed to be looking at.I know what your thinking.. Here comes the upsell. Not at this facility. They gave me the plus and minus of the two items i needed to be concerned with and even told me that if I was handy I could save a few bucks by doing one myself. What repair facility would suggest that to you???I never felt pressured to do any additional work. It was more of a concern for my safety and the condition of the vehicle. In short if your looking for a place you can trust and a reasonable price this is where you want to go. I just wish i would have found them sooner but I'm going to spread the word now.ThanksJon

Hello,your staff member named Tom Robertson took great care of all the items I needed on my 2001 Blazer. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He also provided me with a ride home which was totally unexpected. Thanks.One of the items that was accomplished on my vehicle was the draining and replacement of the rear differential fluid. I noticed this morning that their was a bit of grease/fluid under the left (driver side) rear tire. If I see this again tomorrow morning I will give a call.All and all a great experience. Thanks.
