We have been coming to JW since 2007. After visiting for the first time, there was never a reason to go anywhere else. Johnny is a gifted ringmaster who keeps the whole shebang running smoothly. Finding a dependable auto mechanic can be challenging. Who knew the shop down the street from the bowling alley would answer the call. Johnny and the boys are professional, honest and hardworking. You can't ask for much more than that. We weren't the first to have a, "Help me, Johnny Obi-wan, you're our only hope" experience. Luckily for Scottsdale and vicinity, they deliver.

First time ever getting work done by JW and it certainly won't be the last! I've been in this area for about a year, and every time I needed to get my car serviced I drove all the way to the west side of the valley where I grew up to the auto shop my family has been with for 10 years. Had a bit of a car emergency and I wasn't about to drive to Peoria in this summer heat... loved the reviews for JW so much I gave them a call and they took such amazing care of me! 100% recommend to everyone and anyone. From the moment you call them on the phone confused and in a panic because you don't know what's happening - to when you pick your car up - they treat you like family every step of the way.

This place is awesome! The staff is so friendly and helpful! They're very honest and explain everything to you. They also gave me a ride to work everyday! I would recommend them to anyone!

I've taken my car to JW Auto Care for a few years now. I can't say that I enjoy visiting the mechanic's shop, but these guys have always taken great care of me (Scot, Jeff, and Johnny). They are welcoming, accommodating, honest, and they're prices are more than reasonable. Don't expect gourmet doughnuts and coffee, but these guys are fair, fast, and friendly, and that makes them great mechanics in my book. Give them a shot.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff explain in detail what could be done vs. what needs to be done. Considering the prices seem to be reasonable, unless your buddy works there, this is the place to go...

I am so happy i came here to have my brakes checked. The guys are so nice and they even have a car service to take you home! Pricing was far and i will be back for more services!! They also left a beautiful flower in my car!!

I'm new to AZ and desperately needed my car serviced but, was leery being a woman I didn't want to be pencil whipped for things I didn't need or unnecessary. I met Mr. Johnnie over the phone while working on another project. So, on my day off I just popped up like Hiiii:) no appt but, he and his team gave me platinum treatment from beginning to end! Stated he could fit me but, I'd have to wait...no problem. While I waited Mr. Johnnie dropped me off at a nearby restaurant to waste time (offered to pick me up but, I walked back:) came back took a few naps, chatted with his regular customers. At the end of it all my car had a complete check up done, new brakes, a very detailed (pics included) diagnostics list of what needed to be fixed ASAP and what could wait and the cherry on top was I had a pink carnation left on the dash by he and his team MADE MY DAY! Had it not been for Mr. Johnnie's initial interaction and professionalism with me over the phone I highly doubt that I'd be here writing this review. Mr. Johnnie and team you guys ROCK! I'm beyond thankful for you guys. Thanks!!

JW Auto Care is THE best auto shop in Arizona. Johnny and his team are unbelievably friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Yes, sometimes they are a little backed up and may take a little longer on an oil change than Jiffy Lube, but this speaks to their overall popularity and quality of service. Highly recommended.
