JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

Best shop in the valley. I never write reviews but I would have not found them had I not read the reviews so I want to be able to help out . For the past couple of years I have had them service four of our vehicles as well as recommending family friends and Neighbors in part because of their attention to detail and for their honesty as well as their quality work. I have always worked with Jim but everybody there is awesome.

Our family has been taking our vehicles to Jim Winters for 35 years! We consistently get great customer service, top notch care for our vehicles! I don’t give recommendations out but I do when it comes to JWA Care. Thank you Johnnie and Team!! You give us peace of mind!

All the guys in the office are great- Ryan & Jim. They told me it would take about an hour and a half to do all my car work, and they were right on time. Then Ryan told me what things I'd need to do next and it was great. Very pleasant experience.

I thought it was super but it was my husband’s car. He mentioned his ac warning light has come on. Thx julia

An honest and professional repair shop!

A.C went out. J.W auto took care of it under warranty. 👍Ryan my mechanic also diligently found a noise coming from the front end that was getting louder by the day. Thank you Ryan and the J W auto team. Ended up being worn out tie rod links instead of the much more expensive strut mount assembly originally in question. Saving me hundreds,of dollers. Ryan test drove it at least 3 times to diagnose the problem and to also make sure it was handling properly with no other issues. J.W auto will go the extra mile for its customers. One of the absolute best in the valley. Look no further for quality work and superb customer service. 😊💯

Absolutely AMAZING! If I could give more stars, I would. Not only do they provide thorough inspection and a detailed report about your vehicle with pictures, they have wonderful customer service and provide quality care. I was visiting from out of town and had an unexpected A/C fan damage occur. There was no Nissan dealership around for me to take my truck into and I was to head back home to California the next day from the hot hot summer heat of Arizona. I was scared and needed service soon. I found JW Auto Care on my phone and decided to call them out of the other companies found around me. I spoke to Kathy who was amazing! She was kind and compassionate and made sure my truck could be seen with her team first before she committed to me coming in. They even provided a complimentary shuttle car drop off and pick up for me even being a bit of a ways out from my hotel, by Toshi who is an excellent driver. My truck was serviced quickly and inspected with detail. There were fluid levels my own dealership should have caught just 3 months ago and didn’t. But JW Auto Care did. They made sure my fluids were topped off so I could return home safely and then have my dealership take care of the rest. It was my decision to not have them do the flushing only because my dealership should have done that on last checkup. This experience was the best I have ever had (and I have had many in my years). They even left me flowers on my dashboard after service was completed. So thoughtful. Thank you so much to the whole team at JW Auto Care in Scottsdale, AZ!
