JW Auto Care is single-handedly restoring faith to auto repair shops! I found this shop through Reddit, where the Scottsdale community had recommended the shop in high regard over several conversation threads. Once I looked up the shop, I realized my father had taken me there when I was a kid to get his car worked on, and it was so nice to have found them again. Here are things we loved about our experience: - The team there is diligent in their follow up and over-communication - There is 100% transparent about the work - Single point of contact makes it easy to follow up - They really take their time to consult with you on prioritizing work that is necessary for safety without any attempt to push for extra work for their benefit - They care about the customer experience as much as the quality of their work My girlfriend's car had to be towed there recently because it would not start, despite having a new battery installed. Kathy was there with us from the very first day before the car even reached the shop to let us know that she will be calling us once the car gets there. She set expectations around turnaround time and outlined next steps very clearly for us, so there was no guessing game. Immediately, their team went through an extremely thorough evaluation of the vehicle, providing a comprehensive report on everything from paint chips to symptoms of imminent as well as immediate issues that need attention. The report was sent to us via email, and they also had a printed copy ready for us when we walked in so Kathy could explain everything to us. We determined that the immediate issues to be addressed were a bad breaker fuse in the battery circuit which affected its ability to start, as well as our rear brakes which were at 1%. Kathy provided a very straightforward and transparent quote, with prices for both parts and labor that were extremely reasonable. The work was approved on a Tuesday, and was completed by Wednesday. Our entire experience was so streamlined and easy - I can think of no better shop for keeping your car healthy than JW Auto Care, and will definitely recommend this to my friends and family.
