My older pathfinder had a difficult to diagnose problem which the staff at Jim Winter successfully diagnosed and fixed. I was very satisfied with the result.

An outstanding shop for sure. My vehicle was involved in an accident and after the body work was complete there were still some mechanical issues. Johnny was tasked with finding and fixing all problems associated with the accident and he certainly did. As a worker of the auto industry, I know the working of a good shop, and I can tell you Jim Winter's is top of my list. Not only did he fix all the concerns pertaining to the accident, he and his team of skilled professionals fixed them correctly. Instead of just throwing parts at my truck without diagnosing it, he traced to problems and replaced the correct components. Definitely a shop I would recommend and bring my own vehicle to when I'm too lazy to work on it myself!

The service here is, as always, great! The repairs on my vehicle were done in very resonable time frame. Repairs seem to be without fault, car is running fine and customer service is excellent. I shall continue using J.W AUTO CARE for future service on my vehicles. Excellent!!

Great customer service. They sure explain things well. Any questions you have they will answer with full detail. I would say they are just a little bit more pricey than some places, but they do their job the best.

Best auto repair shop experience I have ever had. I am usually really intimidated by taking my car to a repair shop but not here! I feel 100 percent comfortable with these guys. I have taken my car and my son has taken his car as well for service. Each time they do like a 40 point check on your vehicle. They do not call you and say that you need to purchase unnecessary things and try to upset you. I know if they tell me something is wrong it's really wrong. I appreciate this so much. And every time I take my car in they ask me if I need a ride and there is always a fresh flower waiting for me in my car. They are the best!
