I was pleasantly surprise with the service I received at the shop.I dropped in with no appointment, after I googled "nearest car service" for a battery replacement. They took care of it right away, when I got my car back with a new battery, it had been washed and inside vacuumed, with a flower and a thank you card on the passenger seat :DWhat a nice way to treat a woman in a car shop were we usually don't like to hang out.I posted a picture on my Instagram ; )

Very attentive- they listened and did good follow up. However, I did have to take the vehicle back for the same issue, but they were apologetic and took care of the issue. I've had this situation with other shops (other vehicles) through the years and it was not always a pleasant experience. JW's service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Finding an honest and trusted auto shop is like finding your long term hair stylist; it's not an easy process but when you find them it's the best. Thier entire team made the dreaded car repair experience painless with their outstanding customer service. Everyone that I spoke with was very helpful and kind. They were honest about the work that they had done and they didn't try and push any unnecessary work to be added. I will recommend Jim Winter Auto Care to everyone I know because this is the place to go for an honest repair and for the most outstanding customer service out there!
