They fixed the problem and stayed with the quote on the price, there was no surprises, Staff was professional and personable, I will be a returning. Customer with my car needs.

Very attentive- they listened and did good follow up. However, I did have to take the vehicle back for the same issue, but they were apologetic and took care of the issue. I've had this situation with other shops (other vehicles) through the years and it was not always a pleasant experience. JW's service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Thier entire team made the dreaded car repair experience painless with their outstanding customer service. Everyone that I spoke with was very helpful and kind. They were honest about the work that they had done and they didn't try and push any unnecessary work to be added. Great customer service

Ive been going to Jim Winter for some years now and i can always depend on them to tell me the problem or explain to me what needs to be done and i can rely and trust that they are looking after my best interest. I'm a widow so i need to have a car repair place i can trust they are always courteous friendly and finish when they say they will.

Best repair shop. Johnny and his team are very trustworthy and are really honest about what needs to get done and when. They are just all around good guys and I will come back year after year.
