Work completed on time. Travel to home and back was provided. All work done was explained. Cost was reasonable. I'll be back with any car I have, as needed.

Great customer service. Do not push unnecessary services. Tell me what maintenance is coming up in the future, brake pads, etc., and approximate cost to help me plan. I am a forever customer. I trust what they tell me. When they changed my battery, they reset the clock, radio stations. Best care service company in my 40 years of owning cars.

Johnny and crew went out of their way help me out. I had limited time and had to make another trip to get a new tire, so Johnny went out of his way to order the tire and drove to pick it up to put it on for me and get me out in time. Hands down, the best customer service I have ever had! They are always so wonderful and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys :)

I brought my vehicle in for front brakes. It actually turned into a rotor problem. I asked that the front rotors be done first and that I would bring it back another time for the rears. When I picked the vehicle up it was explained to me that due to a miscommunication between the mechanic and the desk all 4 had been done. I knew right then I didn't have to pay for the additional work. They presented a VERY modified bill which was generous. Because of their honesty I gladly paid it and will go back to them for more service.

Our car broke down and we had it towed to the nearest aaa garage,after the assessment we were told the whole engine had to be taken out to sort the problem out and it would cost thousands. We had it towed to Jim Auto and the problem was fixed for under one hundred dollars.
