I have been going to Jim Winter for almost 4 years now and I have never had anything but spectacular service every time. I am respected as a custoner and everything is always explained in detail to me. I have sent my Mom there and her experiences have been just as great. I wouldn't trust my vehicle at any other shop!

Work completed on time. Travel to home and back was provided. All work done was explained. Cost was reasonable. I'll be back with any car I have, as needed.

Great customer service. Do not push unnecessary services. Tell me what maintenance is coming up in the future, brake pads, etc., and approximate cost to help me plan. I am a forever customer. I trust what they tell me. When they changed my battery, they reset the clock, radio stations. Best care service company in my 40 years of owning cars.
