I always have a great experience at JW Auto. All of the people working there are very kind & thoughtful, seems to get better with each visit. They are very professional and courteous, even washed my windows for me and offered me a ride while I'm waiting. Just Great!!!

The staff were professional and friendly. They explained the service and repairs to be done in a clear concise manner. I appreciated that they treated me like a peer and not like a 'dumb female'. I've had other auto repairs where the staff talked down to me. Not here!
