Touring musicians, heavy driving, critical part, saved our tour. While we were passing through town, on a tight schedule, Johnny and his team (special thanks to Scot) completed thorough diagnostics on our 2010 Toyota Prius, identified a faulty rear hub assembly and replaced it from his own inventory. The faulty hub assembly was my own purchase from Toyota that was installed a week prior. Johnny coordinated a warrantied exchange for my supplied part to replace his own inventory, keeping our costs down to labor only and keeping us on schedule.
