The work performed was actually for my son's vehicle and I was impressed with their service and response as I was on previous occasions. They were very good at explaining the work that needed to be done as well as the order it should be taken care of, as opposed to simply wanting to upsell their service. Additionally, the work was completed in the time that was promised.

Work was very professional and respectful shot was clean.

Always a wonderful experience because the entire team is respectful, kind, and thorough in explaining needs. This particular situation was unique because all of the needed parts were not originally purchased. Also price doubled because of additional needs; obviously not because of them, just very inaccurate pricing originally. At the end of the day, I will always be a positive reference because they are consistent in their morals as a business.

I will refer my family and friends to have their vehicle serviced.

The staff is always friendly and professional. My service was completed while I waited, and they gave me information on service that would need to be performed soon.

I've never enjoyed going to an auto shop, but I actually do enjoy every experience I have with JW. They are friendly, efficient, reliable, and honest. I waited there for about an hour yesterday. The waiting room is clean, comfortable, and stocked with drinks, magazines, and candy. I am so thankful to have found them a few years ago when I moved to Arizona. I will never go anywhere else!
