Johnny at Jim Winter Auto Care is my hero this week. Not only was he polite and respectful, he was apologetic when he did not have anything to apologize for. Their work on my car was amazingly successful, and I was given a promised discount even though I did not meet the 30-day deadline for it. I will always refer my friends in Scottsdale to Jim Winter Auto Care, just as a fellow church-member referred me.

Jim Winters Auto Care really does care for you! The whole staff there is friendly and courteous. They do an EXCELLENT job on keeping my car in good running condition and that makes me feel safe on the road. The added touch of a small gift when you pick up your car is the frosting on the cake. They deserve the praise and thanks! I would (and do), most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new car repair shop!
