Honesty, trustworthy, integrity. I cannot believe I'm talking about a mechanic shop!! I have lived in Scottsdale for 4 + years now, and have finally found a place I trust to bring my car. The people who work at Jim Winter are honest, forthright, compassionate individuals. They are patient, fair priced and don't try to scam you. They are genuinely good people who want to help you with your car needs. They always vacuum the inside of your car too - which is so nice!! Try them out - you won't be disappointed with the value you receive for work done. Their customer service is exceptional too!

What more do you NEED to know??? - this is the most honest and reliable auto repair shop I have ever encounted in my 67+ years - pricing is fair -- work is completed on time and there are no surprises in pricing when you pick up the keys -- plus it is fixed right the first time ... and leaving a flower for the ladies on the front seat is a very sweet extra - LOVE MY TEAM AT JIM WINTER AUTO!

I chose this place b/c it was the closest AC Delco shop to my house. Then I called and the guy I talked to was really helpful - didn't try to rush off the phone - provided a lot of info re. my battery issue before I'd even committed to coming in. When I went in, the service was quick and I paid exactly what he said I'd pay. They cleaned my windows and left a flower on my front seat with a thank you note. Nice touch
