Wonderful customer service; professional & friendly staff. Went above my expectations and did quality work.

Have only gone there once but will return for our ongoing car care. They were fast and honest and did not push us to have unnecessary work done.

I feel that I have found an auto repair shop whom I can trust that tries to NOT overcharge! Whenever I take my car to Jim Winter Auto I am listened to patiently, and explained everything to with patience. They also try very hard (and usually succeed) to do exactly everything as promised, and then some. I live approx. 30 miles away from Jim Winter Auto, yet I am willing to travel this distance for the above reasons. They are worth the time and money!

I went to get in my car to go to my appt and it wouldn't start. I called Jim Winter to see if somebody there could come jump my car. They came within 15 minutes and jumped my car and then drove it back to the shop so I didn't have to wait there for it. When I got there to pick it up they fully explained everything that they did. Jim Winter auto care is a great place to go for your car services needs!
