I have been bringing my car to Jim Winters for about 2 years now. Recently they worked on both my Honda and my Lexus. The work performed was beyonfd my expectations. I had been told I needed to spend $700.00 to fix my car and Jim Winter Auto Care took care of it without replacing the expensive parts that another place told me I needed. I have complete trust in them and will not hesitate to return the next time either of my cars needs anything.
They take care of my entire fleet of company and personal vehicles. I was in the automotive trade for over 20 years and you will be amazed at how great Johnny and his crew are to deal with. It' the only place i will take my vehicles for auto repairs in AZ.
My experience this last time was outstanding, as usual. That's the reason I kep coming back and have done so for better than 20 years.

Jim Winter Auto Care gave e an estimate to replace the intake manifold!and related gaskets that was considerably less than I expected! They were ae to diagnose and repair my 2001 Expedition in an extremely timely manner. They provided shuttle service to me for drop off and pick up of my vehicle. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a few pieces of chocolate and a beautifully wrapped carnation in my truck upon pick up! I would most certainly use Jim Winter Auto Care again and will recommend it to anyone needing a good mechanic! Most importantly, as a woman, I didn't feel taken advantage of!!

Absolutely the best! Knowledgeable, prompt, reasonably priced and friendly. If you have had your vehicle serviced or repaired there, you already know this; if not, get on board!
