I first took my Civic to the Honda dealership when it needed service. After receiving one of the most laughable quotes I've ever seen (I know dealerships are bad, but this was worse than gouging), I drove it off the lot and took it over to Jim Winter.Besides fixing the problem that caused the car to need service in the first place, they also took the time to check over everything that the dealership had quoted. Surprise, almost none of it was necessary. They promptly completed the services it did need and charged a fair price. Clean office, nice garages, very friendly staff. When I got in my car, they had vacuumed my mats and left a flower on my passenger seat with a thank you card! This level of service is seldom found in this day and age. I can't recommend them highly enough.
