JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

I feel I am in good hands with JWAC. A newcomer to the valley, I was referred by an excellent body shop located in the same area, so I came in with high expectations. They were met, and I have been back for more with no disappointments. Scott and the rest of the crew are courteous, friendly, and very professional. They explain exactly what is going on with your car, what they will be doing and why. They clearly have a lot of experience and knowledge. Nice touches like free pickups and drop-offs by an equally friendly, clean cut driver, a washed car and a box of mints at the end, add to the positive experience.

I love these guys! I have been bringing my cars here for nine years, wouldn't take them anywhere else. They are honest and have always treated me like family.

Competent, friendly service as always. I've been with Jim Winter Auto for 32 yrs. I expect the same great service in the years to come.

First time visiting JWAC. The shop is busy (which is a good sign), and the guys provided personable, fast, and friendly service. From the owner to everyone on the team, they seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and customers, and proactive customer service is something they are certainly intentional about. It's a good shop run and staffed by good people. I'll be back.

I am going to preface this review by stating that I don't write reviews but thought they were deserving. I will also state that my father is a mechanic in Illinois and I know the difficulty of finding a good mechanic. This is the third time I have been to this center and they continue to impress both in service and in quality. Scott,Johnny and Patrick were all great to deal with and were prompt in telling me what I needed.each time I referenced their suggestions with my father and he thought each recommendation was warranted and the pricing fair. I would highly recommend their service and will continue to take my cars there.

I noticed an unfamiliar sound coming from my car. I dropped it off and after several test rides from JW experts they found nothing wrong, I went to pick up my car and the owner himself asked me to take him for a drive in my car to see if I noticed anything different regarding the sound. And of course no unfamiliar sound. I will say this JW auto took extra time to make sure nothing was wrong with my car and I really appreciated their attention to detail.

I got great service and my car drives like a dream again. I will continue to bring it back whenever I need any auto services.

Johnny and the team at Jim winter auto were excellent. They properly diagnosed the services needed and also identified things to keep an eye on.Great job guys!
