I have used Jim Winter for many years and have found them to be fair and honest. They will always tell a customer how soon repairs should be done to keep you safe and will explain things so you can understand what they are doing.

I truly appreciate the patience all of the employees, especially Johnny, have when it comes to service. Johnny always takes the time to explain exactly what is happening, why it is happening, what it is going to take, and does his best to give the best pricing. Also, all of the employees always greet you with a smile, and are very pleasant, in person and on the phone. And the best part, the employees, and Johnny, always make sure that the customer is happy with the service, and that we are happy with how our vehicles "feel"/drive after the service. Have been taking our vehicles to Jim Winter for years. Never ever had a problem with scheduling a time convenient for me and always told of charges ahead of time. The staff is courteous, professional and listens to any issues I may have with our vehicles. Would not go anyplace else ever!!
