I will ALWAYS return to Jim Winter Auto Care for my major car repair/maintenance needs. I live a good distance away from the shop, but I WILL CONTINUE to return. I consistently receive fantastic, friendly and honest service from ALL of the service advisers, as well as quality service from the mechanics. I also consistently continue to be treated like I am an important customer that the employees care deeply about. Thank you, as usual, to ALL of the Jim Winter Auto Care employees! Johnny and the JW Auto team were the second shop I spoke to and brought my vehicle to. I feel they diagnosed my car honestly and fairly. The other shop wanted to jump to a transmission replacement after reading a few engine codes that said it was overheating, but Johnny and the team went a more common and less costly route first: flushing the broken down transmission fluid and replacing a gas cap that was known to be a problem for my vehicle which the other shop hadn't mentioned. Now my car has 12 fresh quarts of tranny fluid and its running great without the check engine lights coming back on. If I have any future needs I'll be calling JW first. Thanks all!

I have had JW Auto Care work on both our cars. One was warranted work and the other was paid out of pocket. In each case the estimates were right on, and the work was started immediately with cars returned to running order in 48 hours.We received rides home from drop off, in one case, the car was returned to Sue's work location. We were kept posted on progress and treated with a level of respect and support that was way above our expectations. JW Auto Care is a go to place for major repairs. Talked with some locals while waiting in the shop and they are loyal customers of over a decade. I will definitely be going back!

For 20 years now, I have been taking my car(s) to Jim Winter Auto Care, for all types of service. Whether it is for regular maintenance or for something more involved, I have always had a great experience with the company. The staff are always helpful and pleasant to work with. All repairs that need to be completed are spelled out for me in detail. Nothing is hidden and nothing unnecessary is done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a good, honest mechanic!
