When we take the Lexus in for service, it is thoroughly evaluated and needed service/repair recommended. We feel that we can trust the advise given and the Lexus continues to drive like a dream. Jim Winter Auto Care is extremely customer service oriented. Scheduling an appointment either by phone or on line is very efficient and they happily take you to nearby locations and pick you up. All in all, we have had nothing but positive experiences with Jim Winter Auto Care.
