I drove from N Phoenix to Jim's Auto Care based on their reviews on Yelp. My Lexus did not pass emissions due to some sensor failures...this sounded expensive and time consuming. I made an appointment for Friday morning, they explained how they would begin identifying the issue, the minimum cost and told me they would keep me posted with progress, which they did. The problems were identified quickly, they shopped around for the best price for the very expensive part, and my car was repaired in about 5 hours and they actually drove my car to emissions for me so that I didn't have to. I left feeling very confident that I made the right choice, I was extremely pleased with the customer service, timeliness, and honesty.

superior service beyond what i expected on.my older ford f150 truck.my truck needed a lot of attention. the repairs performed were performed well. i was clearly advised what was needed and also what was not.my truck runs and rides so well I am very happy. thanks sincerely tom labash
