The price was quite reasonable, and Tom explained everything he did in terms I could understand. They did not try to convince me to let them do any work besides what I had requested. Friendly, quick, effective, and reasonable price!
They do take CARE of your auto. In my case ,when my car was in for other service, they discovoered a problem of which I was unaware and could correct it before it became a serious situation for me. I continue to use their service for my vehicle because I have confidence it will be done right and they check to see it is kept in good repair.

My first visit to this shop was perfection. They made room on their busy schedule for a first time customer and gave me a “No-BS” assessment of my repairs. As much as I would like to wear a promotional sandwich board with their name on it everywhere I go, I’d rather treat them like a great fishing spot and never tell anyone about this great find.
Professional....courteous..and outstanding! I just have to have a talk with my coworkers...they all said I would get a surprise at the end...besides the great service! But to be for real...it feels so good to go to a shop and have honest and reliable people working on my truck! thank you so very much! I love my truck and they helped my baby get better! Great place to take your vehicle. They are honest and reliable. All anticipated repairs are written out and explained thoroughly. Repairs are done in the time frame they tell you. Will not go anywhere else!

I love the service!! Every time I have taken my vehicle in, I have never had the same problem again. The job is done and it is done right! The people are so friendly and wonderful. I like that they offer you a ride wherever you need to go when you drop off your vehicle and to pick it up as well...no other place offers this that I know of. Jim Winter is my place to go and will always be :)
