The staff at jw auto are always professional and honest. I have been taking my car here for awhile and have never had a bad experience. Today they went above and beyond my expectations. My emissions were due on my car but it needed work done to pass. The team at jw auto care fixed my car and then took it to get my emissions test done. Of course it passed!! One less worry for me. The staff always calls to confirm the work that they will be doing and suggestions for maintenance in the future. I never feel pressured into getting work done. I always appreciate the flower that is waiting for me when I pick up my car. Its a nice touch! Great job and experience. Thx JW autocare for keeping my car on the road.

Your staff offered personalized customer service that I needed. Car problems are stressful and upsetting regardless, and your people went above the normal call of duty by telling me how I would get a recall repaired at a dealer and called the dealer with my VIN to check. Then they did a free visual inspection and gave me worst / best case scenarios for how much it would cost, and I did research and found that your shops pricing was very competitive (the dealer would've cost about $200 more). I can tell that your employees are honest and genuinely care about your customers. I left my car and it was fixed in less then 24 hours then you even offered free shuttle service and gave me a flower!!! Your shop makes the best of a bad situation through these actions and I'm loving it! I'll for sure be back for regular maintenance! Thanks again!
