JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

We are so delighted to have found this shop. We were very positively impressed from the moment we made the first phone call and spoke with Scott, who really listened to our explanation of the problems, and even at that early stage, made some tentative diagnoses of them. When we dropped off the car, we were struck by the very clean, orderly condition of the office and shop, and by the friendliness and attentiveness of everyone we encountered. As soon as the final diagnoses were made, Scott called us and gave us the estimate, which was reasonable. The repairs took longer than anticipated, but we really didn't mind. The mechanics kept the car a little longer in order to thoroughly test it, and we appreciated that. The car is now running great, and we are getting ready to take our other one into them very soon. I wouyld recommend this shop without reservation.

I must say that the service that J.W. care delivers is top notch. They are first professionals an very knowledgeable, respectful, nice, helpful. The facility very clean an tidy. I recommend this auto care to every one.They will do all my maintenance from now on.

Johnny and the JW Auto team were the second shop I spoke to and brought my vehicle to. I feel they diagnosed my car honestly and fairly. The other shop wanted to jump to a transmission replacement after reading a few engine codes that said it was overheating, but Johnny and the team went a more common and less costly route first: flushing the broken down transmission fluid and replacing a gas cap that was known to be a problem for my vehicle which the other shop hadn't mentioned. Now my car has 12 fresh quarts of tranny fluid and its running great without the check engine lights coming back on. If I have any future needs I'll be calling JW first. Thanks all!
