I chose this place b/c it was the closest AC Delco shop to my house. Then I called and the guy I talked to was really helpful - didn't try to rush off the phone - provided a lot of info re. my battery issue before I'd even committed to coming in. When I went in, the service was quick and I paid exactly what he said I'd pay. They cleaned my windows and left a flower on my front seat with a thank you note. Nice touch

It was awesome! Tom was very nice and patient with me. I've been using Jim Winters for a number of years. Most of the people at work use them too.They really do quality work, their efficient and reasonably priced. I was very happily surprised to get my car back washed, vacuumed AND a flower! I won't take my car anywhere else.

I trust Jim Winter Auto. They have always been straightforward and honest. They keep informed about upcoming maintenance and estimate the cost so I can plan ahead. They always return my car in a timely fashion with a flower on the front seat!

Towed in on a busy Monday morning with a flat tire and a repair to the exterior of the car. Repaired both and got a badly needed oil change to boot....again all on a very busy Monday. They rock. P.S. They've added a lady to the business. Very nice addition.

Additionally, Jim Winter advised me of a failed battery and a leaking radiator hose; both issues were quickly resolved.
