I have been doing business with this company for 25+ years and all I can say is: GREAT! No issues whatsoever. If ever a problem did occur, it was quickly resolved and fair for both sides. They are very professional and courteous, understand the customer's needs, have competitive pricing and really do go the extra mile with no "upselling". Their diagnosis' are thorough and they recommend what needs to be done, but the ultimate choice is yours! Great customer service, great technicians and just a wonderful place to do business. This place was great! First time using this shop and they really made me feel like a long time customer! I even got a flower when I went to pick up my car! Only downside was that it was kind of expensive but not outrageous. Overall if they were closer to my house I would probably use them for everything!

Good service and work was fine

These guys are the best! The customer service is outstanding. Their prices are fair and reasonable. I trust Jim Winters through and through. They are efficient and caring. They go the extra mile and beyond for their customers. I have been taking my car there for several years and not one employee has ever wavered in the quality of service provided. This time they cleaned my car so well that for a minute I truly thought I had taken the wrong car! My mom also took her car there for years. I always appreciated them taking such good care of her.
