JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

My first experience with JW was out of desperation. My car did something crazy and I was scared and they were near my work. They fit me in same day. Although they couldn't find the problem, they provided me with information on what it could be (and didn't speak down to me or make me feel stupid to be a woman) and checked my car's fluids and brakes. I went to pick up my car and was not charged at all! My car did the crazy thing again 3 days later (they warned me it would likely happen again, told me how to temporarily fix it so I could drive, and said that hopefully the computer would catch it the next time so they could fix the problem). I called today and they fit me in AGAIN same day, did some research of their own about the problem, explained what it is and how much it will cost, and then sat on hold for 30+ minutes with my extended warranty company to get the work covered. My car was fixed SAME DAY. I moved to Arizona four years ago and until the other day hadn't found a competent, capable, caring auto place like I used to have back home. I HIGHLY recommend JW to everyone.

I have been doing business with this company for 25+ years and all I can say is: GREAT! No issues whatsoever. If ever a problem did occur, it was quickly resolved and fair for both sides. They are very professional and courteous, understand the customer's needs, have competitive pricing and really do go the extra mile with no "upselling". Their diagnosis' are thorough and they recommend what needs to be done, but the ultimate choice is yours! Great customer service, great technicians and just a wonderful place to do business. This place was great! First time using this shop and they really made me feel like a long time customer! I even got a flower when I went to pick up my car! Only downside was that it was kind of expensive but not outrageous. Overall if they were closer to my house I would probably use them for everything!
