Frustrating that I asked for a 7a oil change so I could wait for the car and had to get a ride home to wait because I was the second person there and it would be twice as long as estimated. I appreciate the ride and them dropping my car to me and trust they are looking out for my best interests and willing to help me save money by prioritizing upcoming service items for me, though. I've recommended them to many friends. Johnny and his team are great.

I recently had my truck repaired and serviced at J & W Auto Care. The superior customer service was shocking. They are true professionals & a most pleasant experience for me. They diagnose the customer's vehicle issues/concerns and quote the repair in old school honesty which is really hard to find anywhere (just try compare the repair price to the dealer's price hahaha).As a degreed mechanical engineer from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana they are second to none. They fix the problem with no nonsense or padding the bill which is extremely rare now days.
