they always seem to find something else that needs to be repaired, and it always costs a little more than I thought, but I'm glad they have found these items (and I don't have to worry about it in the near future). The work is excellent, and Scott was very informative, friendly, and professional.

I recently had my car repaired and serviced at J & W Auto. The superior customer service exceeded my expectation. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my schedule made it a pleasant experience for me. When my car was returned to me, not only was it repaired, but I found it in cleaner condition, with a flower sitting on my passenger seat as an added surprise. I would absolutely refer this auto repair shop. They definitely go "above and beyond".

This was my second visit for maintenance service on my vehicle. The staff was professional and polite, the service was done quickly, and they gave me a full report of what was done. They also informed me of what needed to be replaced and what the cost would be prior to doing the work, which I really appreciated. This is a great company to work with.

Wonderful and friendly staff. I felt like I was in good hands. They drove me to and from work even though I have odd hours. Scott even showed me how they reset the oil light so if it ever needs to be reset, I can do it myself. When everything was done, I got in my car to find a pretty, red carnation laying on the passenger seat. The windows and seats were all clean. I just wish I knew about them sooner.

My older pathfinder had a difficult to diagnose problem which the staff at Jim Winter successfully diagnosed and fixed. I was very satisfied with the result.

An outstanding shop for sure. My vehicle was involved in an accident and after the body work was complete there were still some mechanical issues. Johnny was tasked with finding and fixing all problems associated with the accident and he certainly did. As a worker of the auto industry, I know the working of a good shop, and I can tell you Jim Winter's is top of my list. Not only did he fix all the concerns pertaining to the accident, he and his team of skilled professionals fixed them correctly. Instead of just throwing parts at my truck without diagnosing it, he traced to problems and replaced the correct components. Definitely a shop I would recommend and bring my own vehicle to when I'm too lazy to work on it myself!

Great job. Finished the work right on schedule. Looking forward to getting another 100K miles with my new timing belt!
