JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

Performed some needed maintenance work and also did some repairs under warranty for parts that failed prematurely. Gave my dusty, dirty, old truck a nice cleaning, too!

All went as I expected = work was done in a timely fashion. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Scot took exellent care of our car and gave service that exceeded expectations. When I received the quotes they were within fair market range. In my recent experience this week, everything was covered under warranty and my better half was picked up from work and the car was washed; this made my day yesterday. I will be retained as a customer going forward, the prices are not the most expensive at all, I'm betting I could get it done cheaper, but JW gives good peace of mind that the work will be done the right way, the first time. I went to a competitor previously and the work was diagnosed wrong and created a pretty big head ache, so thanks JW Auto Care for helping us when we really needed it.

they always seem to find something else that needs to be repaired, and it always costs a little more than I thought, but I'm glad they have found these items (and I don't have to worry about it in the near future). The work is excellent, and Scott was very informative, friendly, and professional.

I recently had my car repaired and serviced at J & W Auto. The superior customer service exceeded my expectation. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my schedule made it a pleasant experience for me. When my car was returned to me, not only was it repaired, but I found it in cleaner condition, with a flower sitting on my passenger seat as an added surprise. I would absolutely refer this auto repair shop. They definitely go "above and beyond".

This was my second visit for maintenance service on my vehicle. The staff was professional and polite, the service was done quickly, and they gave me a full report of what was done. They also informed me of what needed to be replaced and what the cost would be prior to doing the work, which I really appreciated. This is a great company to work with.
