JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

I noticed an unfamiliar sound coming from my car. I dropped it off and after several test rides from JW experts they found nothing wrong, I went to pick up my car and the owner himself asked me to take him for a drive in my car to see if I noticed anything different regarding the sound. And of course no unfamiliar sound. I will say this JW auto took extra time to make sure nothing was wrong with my car and I really appreciated their attention to detail.

I got great service and my car drives like a dream again. I will continue to bring it back whenever I need any auto services.

I have been going to Jim Winter Auto Care for 20years. They have worked on 3 different vehicles of mine. They are the most honest repair shop I have ever worked with. They are upfront with what needs to be done and what can wait to be taken care of. Even if you think something needs to be fixed, they will suggest you wait. To me that says, "We love to work on your car and make money, but it does not need to be done now." Johnny and his staff are the BEST!!

Jim Winter changed my oil, rotated my tires, topped all fluids even picked me up from work brought me back to Jim Winter shop as I had no ride to pick up my car. I tipped the friendly driver and was on my way home. Superior service from these folks is always appreciated.

Pleasant, professional, & thorough. I was there to place a 2year old battery, which I had forgotten was under warranty. I had completely forgotten, had none of my paperwork & was prepared to buy a new battery. They reminded me of the warranty, found THEIR copy of it, replaced it, tested for any other likely issues, VACCUUMED the hurricane-refuse like interior of my car, charged me $61, gave me a flower & sent me on my way in under an hour. Asked for feedback, via an email sent in under 24 hours with info & mileage on my car & a link to an on-line appointment calendar. Good job, guys. THAT's how to run a business.
