JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

This was my first time at Jim Winter Auto and they were all great. Although I got some bad news about my Corolla (needed an engine replacement) they were very thorough and made sure I knew all of my options. Each person that I spoke with was very nice as well. I will definitely go back when I need maintenance or have car trouble in the future!

I love Jim Winters! I trust them without reservation, they do quality work, they are efficient, they're really nice and soooo easy to work with. Their prices are fair and reasonable. They do the extras (and more) - offer transportation, always a thank you card with a little something and this time, my car was so clean and spotless that for a minute I truly believed I had taken the wrong car!They ARE THE BEST!

I am new to the area and they took the time to thoroughly check over my vehicle to establish a baseline, in addition to completing my maintenance requests. Very fair pricing. Talked to some locals while waiting in the shop and they were loyal customers of over a decade. I will be going back!
