Excellent job. Late evening at closing time. Truck on I-17 electrical failure. Made the call and got help immediately. Tow and drop off taken care of. Diagnostics with no extra issues. Truck back Monday. You can't find that kinda sevice now for the most part. Not super cheap but you get what you pay for.

Service here is and always has been second to none. If you need your vehicle repaired Jim Winter is where I would direct you. Great service and great staff.

I've been taking my vehicles to JW Auto Care for years and they have always taken great care of me! The identify potential issues as they arise and inform me on what will need attention sooner than later. I have tried other shops but always return to JW because of the level of care and feeling of trust I receive. Only negative is the distance from my home but the peace of mind is worth the drive!

My van was repaired with an understanding of its age and condition rather than a sales person trained to go down a list of items that theoretically could be worked on but are actually not necessary. I have used Jim Winter for 20+ years to repair all my vehicles and have never been disappointed.

So far so good. It will take a bit of time to be able to check out the repairs. They involved the heater and the air conditioner and both right now are not needed but will be needed soon. The people working on my vehicle were clean and professional and a lot of fun to work with. Everyone was willing to explain what needed to be done and how to fix it the correct way. So I will be back.

I wish all service businesses operated as honestly as J Winter's! I feel confident in their analysis and treated with respect. Highly recommended.

Another EXCELLENT service experience! I was waiting for a ride to go get my car, when I went to meet the driver, they told me that my car was in the parking lot. This is my third service with Jim Winter Auto Care and I am extremely pleased with their work. Angela is professional and makes it easy to communicate about whatever service needs I have. I use their online email program to make an appointment. I feel confident that everything is taken care of.
