My mother's car had some issues - They found the problem(s) , fixed the problems, came in under original estimate for worst case scenario and gave her a carnation. The car, when picked up, was clean, polished and beautiful. Mother was thrilled and said that she would take it back to Jim Winter Auto Care any time. We have used them for years for all our vehicles and they have always provided exemplary service.
