Amazing amazing AMAZING service. I just moved and needed a new shop, I am glad I chose this one. Had an all day service and they were able to give me a ride home too. They are super communicative and friendly, I will definitely be coming back!

JW autocare is THE place ! Staff is so friendly and willing to walk you through every part of the repair process. Not only are they super knowledgeable but they offer fair and honest pricing and only do what you are able and comfortable to do ! Our whole family has been coming for years because they are the best, thanks JW !

My father and I have been using JW Auto for a couple of years and would never go to anyone else. Every employee there has always gone above and beyond, and they do it with professionalism and treat you like family. The work they do on my Mazda 3 is always perfect, and they always answer every question I have in a way that helps me understand everything. The most hospitable and sincere auto repair shop I’ve been serviced at in the valley! I am a young adult student and was offered very thorough diagnosis and reasonable pricing, especially considering the economy we’re currently in. On top of it all, I was given a loaner vehicle to use while my car was being worked on and when picking up your vehicle, they gift flowers on your dashboard! Thank you JW Autocare!!

Came into the shop not knowing what was wrong with my Camry and instead of charging me for a water pump they sent me to Toyota to save money on a recall! These guys are awesome and super friendly, they truly showed they care! 100% recommend and will be back for sure!

JW Auto went above and beyond to diagnose my noisy brake problem in a fairly new car. Instead of railroading me into expensive repairs like some places would have, they suggested I check with my warranty first, which is super honest and I love that! They even dropped me off at work!I will definitely have them do the repairs if it isn't covered under warranty!

Excellent service! They took care of my car and made the process easy by offering shuttle service. I appreciate that Carlos offered to show me what work they had done when I went to pick up my car. He opened up the hood and showed me exactly what was replaced. They also left a flower inside the car which I thought was a nice touch! And they texted me to follow up on how my car was doing a few days after! Found my new go to auto shop, as they are reliable, helpful and trustworthy. Thank you for fixing my car! 😄
