My family has been a customer at JW Auto Care for as long as I can remember. Ever since I started driving they have always been helpful and kind when I bring my car in to be serviced. I definitely recommend going here.

They are fantastic! I have taken my car in twice to JW Auto Care and both times they were extremely thorough, professional, and honest. They want to do what is best by their customers and are not trying to make a quick buck. I can't recommend them enough and will be giving them my business from here on out.

I stopped by JW Auto Care in order to make sure my car was in adequate condition for a cross country road trip. My car needed some work and it was done in a timely manner and i honestly didn’t realize how much better my car would feel behind the wheel after my visit. My experience was very excellent and Jim and his team are very personable and happy to help. I wish I could’ve found them before I was heading out of AZ. Keep up the good work!

The employees work to ensure every customer coming in is comfortable and accommodated while providing detailed information about their vehicle. Came here for the first time for an oil change and to feel the place out. I was impressed on many levels. Friendly staff, excellent communication, thorough and well documented inspection, fair pricing, quality work, and an overall family owned feel! You can tell this is a place that prioritizes customer service. I appreciated the new customer discount and the extra treats I was offered. Highly recommend! Will be returning here for future maintenance!
