JW Auto Care is such a gem in town. My experience with them have nothing bad but wonderful and highly satisfied. They take care of my car, my sister and my mom's vehicles. The owner Johnny and his crew members are all wonderful people to work with. Johnny knows his craft and explains things in simple terms that is understandable. He would tell me what is necessary for repair and what is not and can wait. That is the type of honesty and professionalism we all look for when it comes to a car repair shop. Johnny pays a lot of attention to the little things that matters to elevate the entire car repair experience. Their shop is clean, organized and feel welcoming. From the lobby seating area, office front desk and back office, and the workspace, when one pay attention, you can see Johnny puts a ton of effort to perfect his shop for his crew to enjoy the work environment and to make sure his customers feel welcoming and comfortable. I own and run a reputable computer shop in town (The Mighty PC) and I have a mutual respect with Johnny the owner. Treating people right and offer highest quality customer service is my priority in my business. The way how Johnny runs his shop is just checking all the green lights.
