JW auto is THE BEST! They are so kind and generous. They communicated with me so well throughout the day about my car, and went above and beyond with the service. It’s hard to find amazing customer service in the auto industry but JW exceeded every single expectation I had. I got my car back in a timely manner with chocolate and flowers waiting for me! Truly an amazing experience, they made my day. JW auto, you TOTALLY ROCK!

JW Auto did a steering replacement and new struts for my older Toyota Avalon in 2021, totaling about $4200 of work. A few months later another service provider gave me a report saying the shocks and struts "do not meet manufacturer's recommendations." I called Johnny, who assured me they had done a thorough check with the strut supplier--Monroe--and that they were designed for my car. That satisified me since JW has always done great work for me. A few weeks ago, the same shop but different tech wrote a report during a routine alignment that the struts were not performing correctly, resulting in a "dip" and "bounce" in the vehicle and recommended additional repair steps. At this point I provided both reports to Johnny, who immediately had me bring the car back and personally took charge, assigning two mechans to road test the car, double-checking the parts installed with NAPA, and putting the car on the rack and personally taking photos that he sent me. Everything checked out fine! He also gave me the parts numbers so that I could input them into suppliers online--all said the parts were a "perfect fit" for my car. On top of that, JW checked out everything else on the car--$85 worth of services. No charge for any of this work. You can't beat JW Auto for integrity. They know their stuff, don't try to upsell you, and they are super courteous. They offer frequent coupons as well. Just got a $50 gift card for my next service. Highly recommend.

Johnny was amazing! I had taken to this shop to have several repairs fixed that were not done properly by a different shop and also found additional work that needed to be done through an extremely thorough inspection. When I first bought this car I paid for Honda dealership to do an inspection.. and was not nearly as thorough as the inspection I got through JW Auto. Thanks again!

Highly recommend using JW Auto as a regular mechanic. They provide very thorough inspections, and usually a print out with pictures of everything they see that'll need repair. They are truly trustworthy, honest, and always have an upbeat attitude! Last time my vehicle was in they made an honest mistake, and although it led to some further issues, they owned up to it and took full responsibility for what happened. Without asking, or any pressure, they took the initiative to fully make up for the error. I've never had a mechanic like this. Truly customer service oriented, and they clearly stand behind solid values of honesty, integrity, and kind-heartedness. Seems rare to find businesses run by values instead of greed, or a scarcity mentality, especially in their industry. Give them your business, they deserve it!

From start to finish, this was one of my most positive experiences ever! JW Auto Care truly does care about autos and their drivers. Everyone working there is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were more than accommodating- getting my car serviced quickly, giving me rides to and from their shop, and even providing little extras like a thank-you gift. I felt as ease and respected with their service and knew they cared about me as a customer. I've already begun spreading the word- JW stands for "Just Wonderful" experience for me and my car!
