JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

Thank you to Carlos, Johnny, and the rest of the J W team! I use to go to a shop in Tempe that I trusted dearly but it was getting to be quite far for back and forth travel with work as well. Not only did my previous shop recommend this place, but they also have done an amazing job every time I have taken mine and my partners car in twice a year. They are honest and if something is not immediate, they will let you know. Very affordable to other places and they provide some of the best service I have ever had when dealing with car shops!

I took my 2002 Toyota Avalon in for service due to an oil leak. Ryan and Johnny provided excellent service. They diagnosed the problem quickly and their prices were very reasonable as compared to other shops I’ve taken the car to. Definitely recommend!!

This place is amazing!! After taking my jeep to big o tires they ripped me off charged me for an alignment and oil change neither of which I think they did. Most importantly my suspension in the front was pretty much falling off. Not only was It very unsafe but it was a bumpy ride. Jw properly diagnosed my vehicle. Fixed it within a few days.They are very nice and the pricing wasn’t bad at all, but the best thing is how good my jeep drives now!!!! We will definitely be bringing all of our vehicles there. I have been going to JW Auto for all my vehicle repairs and services for almost a decade now. I choose to go to JW Auto because their service in my honest opinion is second to none. Even though there are other auto repair shops I can go to much closer to where I live I choose to drive the greater distance to go to JW Auto because of their excellent customer service and fair prices I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is in need of servicing of their vehicle...
