JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

These reviews don't lie. When my car failed emissions I chose JW Auto Care based on their stellar reviews and the 4.9 star rating. Unfortunately, my check engine light came on before I got to them, signaling something new was wrong. Initially, my car issues were obscure and complicated, taking longer than usual for them to solve. Thankfully JW Auto Care was able to identify the problem after many hours of labor. They provided me a free loaner vehicle in the meantime, and the owner even provided some services free of charge. They are fair and honest and I cannot thank them enough for fixing my Mustang and allowing me to get more years out of it. Thank you Johnny, Ryan, and the rest of the team.

I’ve never ever had a better experience with an auto repair shop. Ryan was beyond kind, honest and willing to take my boyfriend and I in today on a short notice. When leaving, a flower was given to me and mints to my boyfriend. The customer service was impeccable and moving forward this is going to be my go to. 10/10 recommend. Trust me!

Amazing experience and trustworthy staff. I’ll definitely be back! Came in after hitting a curb badly and hearing something in my exhaust. The guys who did the diagnostic didn’t just tell me what was wrong - they took me under the car, showed me what exactly needed to be fixed, and confirmed that it wasn’t bad but I’d need to get it done at an exhaust repair shop. They gave me a reference for an exhaust shop and didn’t charge me anything since it was a 10 min diagnostic! Amazing service. I’m a young woman and finding a mechanic who I trust isn’t always easy, but this team won me over. They didn’t try to sell me on anything and instead, taught me about my car and what the problem was so I know what to ask for at the exhaust shop and not get up sold there. Super happy and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Been a regular customer for at least 5 years. They provide a comprehensive report when you get an oil change, so you know the true condition of your car complete with photos. The report also lets you know what is urgent and what to keep an eye on so you can plan ahead. They also can give you a ride to work if it isn't too far. I feel safer knowing my car is in good hands.

It is so nice to know that there are good and honest repair places still out there. My daughter lives in Scottsdale, AZ and I (her dad) live in Wyoming. She went into see Johnny (her room mate has also been a customer) and they ran the most thorough check up of her car that I have ever seen. The report had examples of the fluids and pictures of the different readings. She sent the report to me and we could discuss what I felt needed to be done. The prices were fair and responsible and the service was done extremely quick. Thank you for providing such a great service to a young lady who is not from the area and giving peace of mind to her father that her auto repair needs are being taken care of by such a great company. Took my girls 1994 jeep there for some front end work and all I have to say is these guys know their stuff and are absolutely great. Price was fair and the work that was done is great. They even texted me on Monday to check up and see if everything was ok. Outstanding customer service. I will be giving them more business in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend these guys. These guys are great. Ryan is awesome always checking in on the service provided. They have a car shuttle service that’s timely and free. They do not try to upsell you on anything and they give it to you straight. They also provide a detailed report on all of the diagnostic tests they are run. Highly recommend JW Auto . 10/10
