JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

I've been using JW since I moved to Arizona a few years ago and have an amazing experience EVERY time! They are beyond helpful and welcoming and always remember me when I show up each time. They're prices are amazing and they are honest about the work that is necessary. They even leave a flower on my dashboard as a thank you for choosing them each time, it's such a nice touch! I'm so thankful I found them and will continue using them for as long as I'm here in the area!!!

This is a family owned business. They are excellent. Provide thorough work. They do a full scan to find any unknown problems. I trust them and was so glad to find them!!

My 95 Jeep Yj needed a new engine and Scot quickly found a remanufactured engine at a good cost. Definitely the best price I’d had been quoted in the valley and for sure the best customer service! They did a great job and the ol’ Yj is running like a dream. They were very comprehensive on checking in with how the vehicle was driving. Everything was solid at my first oil change and check up. These guys are a pleasure to work with and do reliable work. I would recommend JW Auto Care to anyone needing any kind of work, from regular maintenance to major repairs. Thank you guys so much!!

Got my 100,000 mile service done here. 10/10 experience. Walked in w no appointment and got my car back the same day. Great friendly team here. Sometimes mechanics can be kinda slimy towards young women like myself but this was a really great experience for me. Super transparent they gave me a full inspection of my car and recommendations with pictures and descriptions. They gave me a ride to/from work. I don't normally leave reviews on stuff like this but I wanted to help out this businesses however I could bc it was that great!
