All the guys at JW Auto Care are super helpful and explain everything thoroughly to you. When my car was ready for pick up, they sent a shuttle out to pick me up. While I was inside paying for the service they turned my car on so it would have time to cool down before I got in it. They also had my car washed and a flower waiting inside of the car for me. Would definitely recommend JW Auto Care!

They were very thural in locating all the repairs that needed to be done on my 2005 Buick. They called me and gave me all the details. When I picked up my car they had pictures of my problem areas and explanations written in detail for me to understand I am a 79 year young woman and will continue to take my car into them

I really appreciate the photos of the parts that they take and show you through their text/app. This also helps keep record of repairs.
I cannot say enough about the people and their customer service focus. They diagnosed and corrected a small issue on my Toyota Highlander for which the dealer I have been going to for service wanted to charge me $1,000s. I will never take any of my cars anywhere again. JW crew - you rock!!
