JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

I brought my 4Runner in to have some things checked out, the front end suspension, an oil leak, brakes and a/c. They did work on all of them and brought them up to standards. Everything that they work on was done professionally and right. I would definitely bring my vehicle back to them and refer them to others. I recently moved to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area and almost immediately, my AC stopped working as the temps started to reach 110. Having worked on my own cars for years I have always struggled to find mechanics that meet my expectations. I researched shops for hours to find JW auto care to trust with my SUV and am 100% glad I did. The degree of professionalism and customer service far exceeded my expectations. My AC system was repaired quickly for a fair price, and their team of mechanics was easy to communicate and coordinate with. About 2 months later there was a hiccup with the serpentine belt related to the AC compressor and I reached out to the team at JW. That same day, Johnny gave me a call, sent out a tow truck, got the car in the shop, made the required repairs, and the car was returned to my driveway the next day! All covered by the cost of the original repair. I have never experienced this degree of excellence in customer service before, save 5 star hotels. If you take your vehicle to JW you can know they will work stand by their work! I will be highly recommending JW to family, friends, and acquaintances alike!

I would HIGHLY recommend JW Auto Care for your automotive needs! They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to automotive! Not only are they efficient, they pride themselves on customer service! Very welcoming when you first enter the building, and the hospitality remains consistent throughout your experience. Definitely a well maintained business.

I am a young woman who knows nothing about cars and I have never left an auto shop feeling more comfortable and confident than when I went to JW Auto Care. I cannot recommend them enough! I had a slight A/C issue and they saw me within the same week. They ran a full diagnostic as part of their normal procedure (no added cost) and did not pressure me to do anything else to my car other than the A/C repair. I originally got quoted for the same A/C repair at the dealership I usually go to for $150 more than what JW Auto Care charged me! Several weeks later, my A/C is still running perfectly and they even offered that I come back in so I could get a checkup to ensure everything still looks good. These guys are the real deal when it comes to great trustworthy service and honest work. I will absolutely come back for any future services needed, and I know what will be due in the coming months from their very clear and comprehensive photo report which allows me to choose when to replace/repair anything whenever I am ready for it (vs. being forced to do it at other shops)

Great Full service auto shop. Have used multiple times for everything from a clutch replacement to oil/fluid change for my 05 WRX. Smart techs and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
