I’m so thankful to have found JW Auto after recently moving to the area. They were kind enough to make calls to myself and my father who lives out of state, to give us updates on my vehicle and the repairs that were needed. Ryan even emailed both of us a very detailed diagnostic report, which included pictures. That gave my father much needed peace of mind to know that they were not trying to make unnecessary repairs. Overall my car was returned to me in better driving condition than when I purchased it! I cannot say enough kind words about Ryan and Scott. I truly am thankful for the way they communicated with myself and my father.

I've been using JW since I moved to Arizona a few years ago and have an amazing experience EVERY time! They are beyond helpful and welcoming and always remember me when I show up each time. They're prices are amazing and they are honest about the work that is necessary. They even leave a flower on my dashboard as a thank you for choosing them each time, it's such a nice touch! I'm so thankful I found them and will continue using them for as long as I'm here in the area!!!
