Amazing experience and trustworthy staff. I’ll definitely be back! Came in after hitting a curb badly and hearing something in my exhaust. The guys who did the diagnostic didn’t just tell me what was wrong - they took me under the car, showed me what exactly needed to be fixed, and confirmed that it wasn’t bad but I’d need to get it done at an exhaust repair shop. They gave me a reference for an exhaust shop and didn’t charge me anything since it was a 10 min diagnostic! Amazing service. I’m a young woman and finding a mechanic who I trust isn’t always easy, but this team won me over. They didn’t try to sell me on anything and instead, taught me about my car and what the problem was so I know what to ask for at the exhaust shop and not get up sold there. Super happy and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Been a regular customer for at least 5 years. They provide a comprehensive report when you get an oil change, so you know the true condition of your car complete with photos. The report also lets you know what is urgent and what to keep an eye on so you can plan ahead. They also can give you a ride to work if it isn't too far. I feel safer knowing my car is in good hands.

It is so nice to know that there are good and honest repair places still out there. My daughter lives in Scottsdale, AZ and I (her dad) live in Wyoming. She went into see Johnny (her room mate has also been a customer) and they ran the most thorough check up of her car that I have ever seen. The report had examples of the fluids and pictures of the different readings. She sent the report to me and we could discuss what I felt needed to be done. The prices were fair and responsible and the service was done extremely quick. Thank you for providing such a great service to a young lady who is not from the area and giving peace of mind to her father that her auto repair needs are being taken care of by such a great company. Took my girls 1994 jeep there for some front end work and all I have to say is these guys know their stuff and are absolutely great. Price was fair and the work that was done is great. They even texted me on Monday to check up and see if everything was ok. Outstanding customer service. I will be giving them more business in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend these guys. These guys are great. Ryan is awesome always checking in on the service provided. They have a car shuttle service that’s timely and free. They do not try to upsell you on anything and they give it to you straight. They also provide a detailed report on all of the diagnostic tests they are run. Highly recommend JW Auto . 10/10

I left an earlier review that was not good due to the mix up with the appointment. That was resolved and my car was fixed. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the treatment given by all involved. I am not the easiest person to please and am surprised I was taken care of and the quality of the work which was more than I expected. The shop is not the most expensive nor is it the least either, but I cannot complain with quality of service or work performed. Thank you and sorry but I procrastinate every thing that is why I did not write this sooner.

Wow. I have never experienced the level of customer service this place offers. Auto Repair shops make me very uncomfortable, but they did a great job of walking me through the process in a simple way and easing my nerves. The communication was amazing. Shortly after I dropped my car off, they sent me a link that contained diagnostics with pictures of the parts that needed to be repaired/replaced. The service was fast, they dropped me off at work in the morning and by the time they picked me up at the end of the day, the car was done! Ryan, Dave and Johnny get a thumbs up from me. They even followed up with me a couple days later to make sure I was satisfied. I look forward to being a lifelong customer! I heard about JW Auto through a friend who described his experience very similarly.
