Got my 100,000 mile service done here. 10/10 experience. Walked in w no appointment and got my car back the same day. Great friendly team here. Sometimes mechanics can be kinda slimy towards young women like myself but this was a really great experience for me. Super transparent they gave me a full inspection of my car and recommendations with pictures and descriptions. They gave me a ride to/from work. I don't normally leave reviews on stuff like this but I wanted to help out this businesses however I could bc it was that great!

JW auto is honestly the best repair shop I've been to. I work in a call center and work third shift so I had to drop my car in the morning and pick it up the next day, but they texted me to keep me in the loop while I was working, called me to update on what they were finding, and took care of all my concerns. My tire pressure sensor was out and tye light has been on for months as well, driving it off the lot i almost thought something was wrong bc there was no ding and flashing light on the dash. Thank you JW for making this round of repairs so easy.

Hands-down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a shop. Had a very minor issue come up with the service they completed on a Thursday so I called them first thing Friday morning. They didn’t ask me when I could bring it back in they literally came and picked up my car from my work within 20 minutes of me calling! Who does that? They also had my car back to me before lunch and definitely gained a lifetime customer. Make sure you give them a chance as you won’t be disappointed. Additionally, they have experienced, honest mechanics who actually know what they’re doing and that’s definitely hard to find nowadays.

This place was a breeze! I dropped my car off and got a ride back to work while it was being serviced and got picked up later. I only went in for an oil change but they did a full service check AND took my car to get washed!! I also was surprised with mints and a thank you note! They were so awesome and affordable. I will be coming back to support this local family business! Thank you again JW

Is it weird I almost look forward to having to take my car in here?? Cause I do! Everyone is friendly, respectful, honest, though I usually talk to Scott. Even if you only need something small. Last year I finally needed something bigger, but they gave a decent deal, and even drove me home and back. I was referred to them years ago by a good friend, and they’ve never done my family wrong. Both my friend and I are females, and even when we were younger, it never felt like we were ever being talked down to. That says it all to me.

I came here to have my air conditioning fixed, expecting to file bankruptcy afterwards. Turns out it was just a couple o-rings! JW even sent me a hyper link so the customer can actually SEE what the problem is! Imagine that! They are true professionals in every way. It's tough to find a shop with class these days. I took my car here because I overtightened a bolt while working on it and snapped the head off the bolt. I took my car here after making an appointment and couldn't be happier with the time they did it in and the level of professionalism I experienced. I live in San Tan Valley but work in Scottsdale, so I needed my car by the time I had to go home the day I dropped it off. Not only did they get it done in time, they beat the estimated time by an hour. Nobody likes paying money for something as simple as a bolt, especially when you're the one that broke it, but they made that mistake as forgettable as possible.
