JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

I took a vehicle that I was looking to purchase from a private party to JW auto care was very impressed with the customer service that I received. They were fast efficient hard-working and were very helpful when it came to looking at what needed to get done to my vehicle. I will absolutely be returning to JW auto for any other auto needs!

They are amazing. I was helped by Scott and they did a wonderful job with my Toyota Corolla that needed an alternator replacement. One thing that stands out is that they care. They suggested that I get my car towed because of the unknown as I could get stranded in 100F+ (not fun). Also, they sent me such a detailed analysis of what's good and what needs repair next day. It's the little things that they do that makes them better than other shops that I have previously been to in my opinion.

Staff was very nice and communicated everything to me throughout the process. Very fair prices and professional staff. No complaints at all!

All the guys at JW Auto Care are super helpful and explain everything thoroughly to you. When my car was ready for pick up, they sent a shuttle out to pick me up. While I was inside paying for the service they turned my car on so it would have time to cool down before I got in it. They also had my car washed and a flower waiting inside of the car for me. Would definitely recommend JW Auto Care!

I wasn’t even going in to get my car checked, my boyfriend was but my tire pressure light had gone on the day before and they kindly refilled my tires and the light went off ! So easy, so kind.
