Highly recommend using JW Auto as a regular mechanic. They provide very thorough inspections, and usually a print out with pictures of everything they see that'll need repair. They are truly trustworthy, honest, and always have an upbeat attitude! Last time my vehicle was in they made an honest mistake, and although it led to some further issues, they owned up to it and took full responsibility for what happened. Without asking, or any pressure, they took the initiative to fully make up for the error. I've never had a mechanic like this. Truly customer service oriented, and they clearly stand behind solid values of honesty, integrity, and kind-heartedness. Seems rare to find businesses run by values instead of greed, or a scarcity mentality, especially in their industry. Give them your business, they deserve it!

From start to finish, this was one of my most positive experiences ever! JW Auto Care truly does care about autos and their drivers. Everyone working there is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were more than accommodating- getting my car serviced quickly, giving me rides to and from their shop, and even providing little extras like a thank-you gift. I felt as ease and respected with their service and knew they cared about me as a customer. I've already begun spreading the word- JW stands for "Just Wonderful" experience for me and my car!

They emailed me the inspection report immediately so I could make an informed decision about repairs. I was able to consult with them about budgeting and prioritization.

I brought my 4Runner in to have some things checked out, the front end suspension, an oil leak, brakes and a/c. They did work on all of them and brought them up to standards. Everything that they work on was done professionally and right. I would definitely bring my vehicle back to them and refer them to others.
