JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

Been chasing my "reduced power engine" on my Tahoe for quite a while. JW was able to fix it! Great customer service!

JW Auto is always up front and honest. They text a report with actual photos of recomended items and break them down into how serious of a problem they are. Can't say enough good things. These guys are professional and offer great customer service. They even leave mints and a thank you note. I look forward to giving my Auto maintenance and repair business to JW Auto for as long as possible.

This place is amazing. I brought my car in for an oil change. They took me to work, picked me up, did a full inspection, washed my car, and left a flower! My car was running better when I picked it up and it was cleaner. As for the inspection, I was grateful for that because they exposed a whole plethora of issues I didn’t even know were wrong with my car. They also gave me a printout and one of the workers called and explained each thing which was helpful to a young girl who knows nothing about cars. They did press me to repair it there just to repair the major ones as soon as I could. I appreciate the honestly and friendliness. My one complaint is that the original man I spoke to quoted me around $60 something bucks for my oil change, but when I arrived I had to pay $83 and some change. The man explained it was because of my oil type so I didn’t argue I paid it. Overall, awesome experience though! I would return! 💜

Amazing Place! I recommend.. I am very impressive on how friendly and professional the staff here is. Also how throughly the my car was looked over. My car turn around time was quick and it runs better then it as ever have. Upon picking up my car it was washed, vacuumed and with a flower with a thank you note was left. I recieved a coupon for 1st customer off my bill and another one for future visits. I will be returning and already recommended this place to friends, family and co workers. They made my car experience a positive painless process. I was left smiling. This is my new place!

Love having a shop I can trust! Johnny and the crew went over our vehicle. They took pictures of issues and let us know which needed to be handled immediately and which could wait. That level of honesty is hard to find these days.
