I'm new to AZ and desperately needed my car serviced but, was leery being a woman I didn't want to be pencil whipped for things I didn't need or unnecessary. I met Mr. Johnnie over the phone while working on another project. So, on my day off I just popped up like Hiiii:) no appt but, he and his team gave me platinum treatment from beginning to end! Stated he could fit me but, I'd have to wait...no problem. While I waited Mr. Johnnie dropped me off at a nearby restaurant to waste time (offered to pick me up but, I walked back:) came back took a few naps, chatted with his regular customers. At the end of it all my car had a complete check up done, new brakes, a very detailed (pics included) diagnostics list of what needed to be fixed ASAP and what could wait and the cherry on top was I had a pink carnation left on the dash by he and his team MADE MY DAY! Had it not been for Mr. Johnnie's initial interaction and professionalism with me over the phone I highly doubt that I'd be here writing this review. Mr. Johnnie and team you guys ROCK! I'm beyond thankful for you guys. Thanks!!
