WOW! I live in Tucson and found a car in Scottsdale. I wanted to get it checked out before I bought it. Johnny and his team did an awesome job. They inspected the car and took photos and gave estimates for any problems they found. I brought the paperwork to the dealer and had concrete evidence for negotiations. I bought the car and I am delighted. The few items they highlighted I will have them do the work. If you are looking for excellence look no further. J.W. I recently moved back to the area and found JW through the weekly mailer that I usually throw away. They had great reviews so I figured I'd give them a try! I visited last week to get my car tuned up (the winter special) and everyone was so nice. I was able to drop my car off and it was ready in a very reasonable amount of time. They gave such a personable experience and even cleaned the inside of my vehicle! I am very satisfied with how thorough they were and I am very glad I found a trustworthy shop to take my car to from now on.

Excellent Service by knowledgeable staff. Waiting room was so nice with fresh hot coffee and super clean bathroom. I got $50. off the oil changer service and a full diagnostic, even vacuumed my ride. Anita

I've been taking my vehicles here for a long time. They always do great work. The front end staff is fantastic they take their time and they listen to what you need done to your vehicle to make sure that everything gets done correctly. The guys who actually do the work are also friendly and knowledgeable and will go out of their way to make sure that the customer satisfied and their concerns are met. I have been bringing all of our vehicles there for a few years now. Just recently one of my cars was hit in a small accident and most of the damage was mechanical with very minor body damage. Since the insurance company only wanted to pay a portion of their actual cost the guys with JW Auto Care made sure that my vehicle was done properly and had the right parts put on it. They also handled talking to the adjuster with the insurance company for me. So they basically took the headache out of my hands and gave me my car back fixed. I did have to pay a little bit out of pocket but that was just due to the insurance company's cheapness. I trust these guys, I believe that they're an honest business. I will continue to do business with them in the future. Thank you Marcus for always providing Transportation when I don't have another ride and a big shout-out to Jeff Johnny and Scott for always patiently listening to my crazy stories. The first time I've ever received flowers and candy from an auto repair shop! This is an example of the level of customer service at JW Auto Care. We're visiting Phoenix and needed immediate service and the guys at JW did an excellent job of explaining what was needed and getting the job done as quickly as possible. Because parts were needed, we had to leave the car overnight and were pleased to have transportation home by Marcus Taylor who is pleasant and courteous and another example of the type of exemplary employee at JW. They all tried to make a difficult situation as painless as possible. If we lived in the Phoenix area, this would be our go to service shop.

Moving to Scottsdale from Cave Creek, one of my top priorities was finding a reliable auto shop. As a small business owner, I don't mess with big corporate companies, even if they may be a little cheaper - because I appreciate building relationships with good people. One qualm I do have, that can easily be fixed, is for the staff to "under promise and over perform more". Both times, I've been told a wait time of X, and it's been longer each time. If you just tell me it'll take a little longer, and get it done faster - mentally - it helps ease my frustrations. Otherwise, Johnny was extremely humble throughout, all of his guys are awesome, and he even texted me personally to make sure everything was ok. I will be back.

Great customer service, dropped me off and picked me up from my apartment. Will most certainly be going back and highly recommend.
