I have been going to JW Auto Care for the past 8 years. They always have fair and reasonable prices. Their staff is always so helpful and truly care about their customers.

I've been going to JW Auto Care for the last year and couldn't be happier with my experience! Johnny and Scot are always there to offer guidance on repairs that are actually needed and beneficial. They really go above and beyond to explain and show me what's going on with my car. The best news is my car has never operated better and I'm so happy to have found a repair shop in Scottsdale that I can now trust. After going to Right Toyota for years and getting higher repair costs and lower quality fixes I only wish I would have heard of JW Auto sooner. Check them out, you won't find a better quality repair shop and experience in Arizona!

Very helpful & honest! My suspension was making all sorts o creeks & groans, so I took it into JW Auto care. They took a look & said it's just the cheep suspension on my car but nothing actually wrong. Took five minutes & didn't charge me. Very happy with their honesty since I know nothing about cars.

Scott, Jeff and Johnny were great guys. Mine was a warranty repair and they got er done. Only issue was the Napa head office not getting the warranty paperwork in order. But that wasn't JW's fault. They allowed me a loaner vehicle , so I could get my kids to the airport and all was fine. Very Much appreciated.
