JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

Typical of our experience with this shop.

Just moved to Scottsdale and took my 2013 VW Golf R in there to repair bumper and engine! JW Auto took care of me from start to finish. Performed a thorough diagnostic and gave me a fair quote. Whenever something else needed to be added or fixed, Johnny called me and told me what the problem was and why it needed to be fixed. I really appreciated it. Picked up my car within two days and it is running perfectly. I would recommend JW to anyone in the Phoenix area!

I thought it was good, i ended up not hearing about what i actually came in for but was notified about potential problems, over all a pleasent experince the staff is great but it did take a while

Johnny and his employees are far above mere mechanics, I consider them as Mechanical Doctors & Surgeons. So Glad I found J.W.. I love the thought of not having to go to dealers who have not always been so upstanding.

They were very knowledgeable and explained all the work needed and a good estimated total. They treated me with kindness and respect. The 'thank you' flower was a nice touch when I left with my repaired car! Thank you.....
